Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote or book a cleaning with Cleana. Using this site or our services means you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job on site is different from what you described, we'll confirm any change in price with you before we start. You approve the price before any work begins.
Scheduling and access
You agree to give our cleaners safe access to the space at the scheduled time. If we can't get in, or the appointment is cancelled with very short notice, a fee may apply. We'll always tell you about any fee in advance.
Our guarantee
If you're not happy with something we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it at no charge. This is our re-clean guarantee.
Insurance and liability
Cleana is insured and bonded; a certificate is available on request. We take care in your space, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items that are not secured. Tell us about anything fragile or special before we start.
Payment
Payment is due after the job unless we agree otherwise in writing. For recurring service, we'll confirm the schedule and rate with you up front.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version always lives on this page.
